Hey readers,
i am back again with some of my thoughts on how to positive. Being positive in such a negative world is a bit difficult task , but as i say nothing is impossible. Being positive means you always see the BRIGHTER side of the situation, you always see the GAIN in the pain, you always see the HOPE even if you are in an extraordinary(bad) situation. People often tend to loose their confidence when life throws a challenge in front of them. They tend to have negative thoughts. And its normal completely. But by loosing hope and being negative and by worrying will you get a solution to your problem?? NO. Then you should get up, wipe your tears and say "I AM GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN" and you will yourself see the result.Converting yourself from a negative person to a positive one is not easy as our body attracts more of negative vibes .It is up to us only that how we deal with these kind of thoughts. I will explain you this with an example," a negative person will always have a problem to every solution and a positive person will always have a solution to every problem." There are many reasons that why a person becomes negative. Some a mentioned below:
* Constant failure
*Not being appreciated
* Loss of job/ in business
* Poor grades
* Atmosphere of the person and so on
Thinking positively makes as life a wonderful place to live. You become more strong as will you learn to walk alone . You will come cross so many challenges in life and if you will keep your thinking positive then you will get GREAT RESULTS. Everybody face many complications in life and some got through the struggle by keeping them positive in all the possible ways they can and some keep cribbing about the problem & remains unsolved . Its all about the way we REACT to a problem. I have discovered some small therapies which i hope help you when you feel that your body catching negative vibes. They are mentioned below:
* LISTEN HAPPY SONGS
*KEEP TELLING YOURSELF: ALL IS WELL :D
* WRITE YOUR FEELINGS IN A DIARY
* SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE
* REMEMBER :THERE IS A SOLUTION TO EVERY PROBLEM
* WRITE ABOUT 5 THINGS OR ABOUT 5 PEOPLE FOR WHICH /WHOM YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR
* DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEM
* REMEMBER A PERSON WHO INSPIRES YOU
* MOST IMPORTANT : SMILE . IT GIVES YOU COURAGE!
